libapache2-mod-removeip software package provides Module to remove IP from apache2s logs, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-removeip
libapache2-mod-removeip is installed in your system.
